Emily is rather sleepy today and the team has decided to move a little bit slower because of that. It seems to be more of a recovery day from surgery. She does look better and they have lowered her vent settings to 18 respirations so that she has the ability to take breaths on her own beyond that. Jason picked up a white board so they are ready for her whenever she is able to write. Hopefully this weekend will bring some amazing new stories to share.
