But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8

Emily Tardy, thank you so much for keeping us all up-to-date. Emily is on my mind so much and it is wonderful to see moment by moment how she is doing and to be able to pray specifically for her. Let us know when she may be able to take phone calls or visits and how many and our MOMS group will certainly be sensitive to that.
Emily Mulkey, I am so encouraged by your progress. Hang in there, girl! Keep claiming God's truth and proclaim it aloud as well! It helps! Count your blessings aloud with Jason and your family. You have SO many things to be thankful for and I know that will get you through these next few days as well as knowing and trusting in God to take care of you and knowing that you are being lifted up to Him all across the U.S.!
Love you,
Carrie W.
Mrs. Mulkey!
We are so proud of you! I am touched and amazed seeing the pictures of you! I remember the first day that I found out that you were a CF patient! ... how dedicated you and your Mom were to your treatment ... your Mom and I had a garage sale at our house on Memphis ... do you remember that? ... and look at you now! Psalm 139 seems so appropriate and I read it with you in mind ... It is one of my favorites! ... and so are YOU!
Love you bunches,
Kathy and Martin Waters
Emily,
I'm in route to see Marlena and her new hubby, Andy in Charlotte, NC (I'm in Little Rock now) and thought I'd check in and see how you are doing~ I am always amazed at how God orchestrates things and works things out for us. I am thrilled to hear you are doing so well and have "beautiful lungs". I can't wait to hear you are pain free and home. I love you and pray for God's mercy, comfort, hope and healing. You are the strongest woman I know and I know God has plans for you, girl. Hang tough and rest in His perfect love. Your wandering West Texas friend, LaRee Walker
Number 6:24-26
(As Beth Moore has shortened this blessing~ "On ya!"
Emily--you look so wonderful! I LOVE YOU!
